HYDRO tidal flap valves are typically installed below the normal water level to prevent back flow up a pipe. Hydro tidal flap valves are suitable for use with a water pressure of 5 MWC for 72 hours and 1 MWC for 50 years. We offer a range of standard sizes from 150mm to 2000mm and can quote for bespoke sizes as required. We can also offer rectangular tidal flap valves on request.

Our tidal flap valves can be factory fitted to concrete headwalls and chambers. For installation on site we supply with our flap valves an EPDM seal, stainless steel fixings and chemical anchors. Our tidal flap valves are usually retro-fitted to existing or structures or tidal walls.

Hydro tidal flap valves  Stainless Steel 304, 316,.. or HDPE with HDPE ribs and can be further reinforced where necessary with stainless steel.
